An Ayurvedic Consultation seeks to:1) Obtain client health history and client health goals. 2) Understand current state of the bodily channels and tissues.3) Understand current diet, lifestyle and environmental habits.Post the Ayurvedic Consultation, a tailored Healing Program is created for the client in alignment with their health goals. This includes recommendations for diet and lifestyle changes, Ayurvedic therapies and Ayurvedic formulations which are specific to flushing toxins from the bodily channels and enable healing to occur. All this information is explained to the client and sent to them to have as reference. From there, it’s all up to you! Whether you choose to experience the path of healing through Ayurveda or not, your Healing Program will always be with you as tools in your self healing toolkit.

Abhyanga with Marma & Swedana
Abhyanga is a form of therapeutic massage which is specifically used to treat musculoskeletal issues, improve digestion, aid in skin issues, reduce inflammation, aid in stress and increase immunity.
Abhyanga utilises specific osmotic pressure in the form of strokes with warm herbal oils. The power of this therapy is further enhanced with Marma and Swedana (Steam Therapy).

Shirodhara with Head Massage & Marma
Shirodhara is a unique Ayurvedic treatment, specifically targeted at restoring balance to the mind and pacify the energies of Vata (air and space elements). When Vata is not in equilibrium, this brings disharmony in the mind and body. Shirodhara is derived from the Sanskrit words; “Shira” meaning head and “Dhara” meaning continuous flow.

Kati (back), Greeva (neck) or Janu (knee) basti treatments are used to specifically treat musculoskeletal issues, spinal issues such as slipped disc, chronic back and neck pain, sciatica and other joint issues.
This unique Ayurvedic therapy involves placing a "well" made of sticky dough in the affected area and slowly filling it with warm to hot medicated oil.
The temperature of the oil is maintained on the body through continous pouring and replacing of heated medicated oil to soften the tissues and enable the medicinal qualities of the oil to penetrate the skin and be absorbed into the tissues to help eliminate toxins.

Netra Basti
Netra basti treatments are used to specifically treat eye disorders.
